Contact Creation

To create a new contact:

Navigate to the Contacts module from the Main Menu.

  1. Click Create at the top left.

  2. Enter the contact’s Name.

  3. Choose Individual or Company.

  4. Fill in the required information such as (not limited to):

    1. Address (street, city, country)

    2. Email and Phone

    3. Tax ID / VAT number (if applicable)

    4. Website or Title

    5. If it’s a company, you can later add Contacts & Addresses under it for employees or departments.

  5. Save when done.
